March 1 - The Woods group raised 21 sailfish on Gypsy and released 11 conventional.

Mike Rosenberg, Tim DosSantos, Bob Venora, John Dillulo, and Sean Courtney arrived at SBL. Fishing on Sirena they raised 19 sailfish and released 9 conventional.

March 2 - The Rosenberg group raised 9 sailfish on Sirena and released 6 conventional.

March 4 - The Rosenberg group raised 4 sailfish and released 1 conventional. They also caught 1 tuna.

March 5 - The Rosenberg group raised 15 sailfish and released 8 conventional. They also caught 4 dorado.

Jimmy, Carl, Brian, and Scott Rhodes, Richard Marshall, Mitchell Brumlow, Steve Palmer, Jay Murray, Zane Christopher, Graham Pereira, Tony Ferrell, and Ryan McArdle arrived at Sailfish Bay for the 3rd year in a row.

The Rhodes group raised 10 sailfish on Maverick and released 4 conventional. They also caught 1 dorado.

The Rhodes group raised 2 sailfish on Gypsy and released 2 conventional.

The Rhodes group raised 5 sailfish on Mariner and released 2 conventional. They also caught 1 dorado.

March 6 - The Rhodes group raised 7 sailfish on Maverick and released 4 conventional. They also caught a 300 lb Blue marlin.

The Rhodes group raised 1 sailfish on Mariner and released 0 conventional. They caught 2 dorado and 2 tuna.

The Rhodes group caught 1 35 lb dorado on Gypsy.

Steve White arrived at Sailfish Bay. Fishing on Bavarian he raised 2 sailfish with 0 releases. Steve caught 2 dorado.

March 7 - The Rhodes group raised and released 2 sailfish conventional on Gypsy.

The Rhodes group raised 5 sailfish on Maverick and released 3 conventional. They caught 1 dorado.

The White group released 1 dorado on Bavarian.

Bob and David Baesel arrived for 3rd trip to Sailfish Bay. Joining them this year were Jason Flowers and Dick Peterson. Fishing on Sirena they raised 5 sailfish and released 4 conventional. They also caught 1 dorado.

March 8 - The Baesel group raised 5 sailfish on Sirena and released 2 conventional. They also caught a 500 lb. Blue marlin that made the trip!

March 11 - Dallas Swan and Fred Greenway arrived at Sailfish Bay. Fishing on Gypsy they raised 7 sailfish and released 3 conventional. They also caught 2 dorado.

March 12 - The Swan group raised 9 sailfish on Gypsy and released 3 conventional. They caught 2 more dorado.

March 13 - The Swan group raised 15 sailfish on Gypsy and released 6 conventional.

March 15 - Nicholas Rutigliano, Fred Irving, Fred & Jim Fehsenfeld arrived at Sailfish Bay. Fishing on Sirena they raised 15 sailfish and released 6 conventional. They caught 1 dorado.

Fishing on Maverick they raised 16 sailfish and released 6 conventional. They caught 2 dorado.

March 16 - The Fehsenfeld group raised 14 sailfish on Maverick and released 6 conventional. In the afternoon they switched over to fly hooking 3 with no releases.

The Fehsenfeld group raised 18 sailfish on Sirena and released their lucky # 6 again conventional.

Kirk & Krista Courson arrived for their 5th trip to Sailfish Bay. Joining them this year was daughter Halston. Fishing on Gypsy they raised 26 sailfish and released 13 conventional. They also caught 1 150 lb. Blue marlin.

March 17 - The Fehsenfeld group only fished a few hours in the morning raising 9 sailfish, releasing 2 and 1 dorado.

The Courson group had another great day raising 20 sailfish on Gypsy and releasing 12 conventional. They also raised 2 blue marlin and released 1 at 350 lbs. 2 marlin in 2 days.

March 19 - The Courson group raised 8 sailfish on Gypsy and released 4 conventional. They also raised 2 marlin and released 1 Blue. That was 3 marlin releases for the Courson group in 3 days fishing!

Julius Nagy & Clint Lauer arrived at Sailfish Bay for their 4th trip. Also joining them were Michael Lundin and Sydney Reimel. Fishing on Maverick they raised 6 sailfish and released 4 conventional. They also nailed 1 400 lb. Blue marlin.

Fishing on Sirena they raised 27 sailfish and released 17 conventional. They also raised 1 Blue marlin.

Robert and Patti Sue Gauthier, James and Cassandra Swain arrived at SBL. Fishing on Mariner they raised 12 sailfish and released 8 conventional. They caught 2 dorado and raised 2 marlin.

March 20 - The Nagy group raised 17 sailfish on Maverick and released 8 conventional.

The Nagy group raised 22 sailfish on Sirena and released 10 conventional. They also caught 2 dorado.

The Gauthier group raised 17 sailfish on Mariner and released 12 conventional. They also caught 1 dorado.

March 21 - The Nagy group raised 17 sailfish on Sirena, releasing 10 conventional and 1 on fly.

The Nagy group raised 15 sailfish on Gypsy and released 11 conventional. They also raised 1 Blue marlin.

The Gauthier group fished inshore and released 3 roosterfish, 12 jacks and 3 bonito.

David Mankus arrived for his 2nd trip to SBL. Joining him were Tanna and Braxton Mankus and Mike Melchi. Fishing on Maverick they raised 17 sailfish and released 9 conventional. They also caught 2 dorado.

March 22 - Mike & Chris Daleo arrived at Sailfish Bay. Fishing on Sirena they raised 14 sailfish and released 8 conventional.

Justin & Caleb Triesch and Alberto Muzquiz arrived for their 5th trip to SBL. Fishing on Maverick they raised 10 sailfish and released 6 conventional.

March 23 - The Mankus group on Gypsy released 2 jacks inshore.

The Triesch group raised 2 sailfish on Maverick with 0 releases.

The Daleo group raised 16 sailfish on Sirena and released 5 conventional. They also raised 2 marlin, hooked both and released 1 350 lb. Blue! And added 1 dorado.

Very windy with a few groups breaking off early in the day.

March 24 - The Triesch group raised 23 sailfish on Maverick and released 10 conventional.

The Daleo group raised 23 sailfish on Sirena and released 12 conventional.

March 25 - Fly Fishers Jim Tanaka & Don Langrock arrived for their 5th trip to Sailfish Bay. They raised 18 sailfish on Gypsy and released 3 on fly. They also caught 3 dorado on fly.

March 26 - The Tanaka group raised 17 sailfish on Gypsy and released 2 on fly with 6 bites. They also raised 1 Blue marlin.

John Eidt and John Lind arrived at Sailfish Bay. Fishing on Sirena they raised 24 sailfish and released 13 conventional. They caught 1 dorado as well.

Bret Gamrot, Merle Seamon, Mike Lowe, Mike Lowe, Jr., Tim Lowe, Scott Lowe, Jeffrey Lowe, and David Haney arrived at SBL. Fishing on Maverick they raised 24 sailfish and released 12 conventional. They caught 1 dorado.

Fishing on Mariner they raised 24 sailfish and released 13 conventional. They also caught 1 dorado.

March 27 - The Tanaka group raised 26 sailfish on Gypsy, releasing 5 on fly with 13 bites.

The Eidt group raised 17 sailfish on Sirena with 12 releases conventional. They also caught 1 250 lb. Blue marlin.

The Gamrot group raised 5 sailfish on Mariner and released 1 conventional. They caught 2 dorado.

The Gamrot group raised 11 sailfish on Maverick and released 8 conventional.

March 28 - The Tanaka group raised 24 sailfish on Gypsy and released 4 on fly with 10 bites.

The Gamrot group fished 1/2 a day today. Fishing on Maverick they released 2 dorado.

Fishing on Mariner they raised 5 sailfish and released 2 conventional.

The Eidt group fishing on Sirena raised 34 sailfish and released 20 conventional. They also caught another marlin! This one a 350 lb. Blue.

March 30 - Mike & Pamela Roth arrived at Sailfish Bay. Fishing on Sirena they raised 14 sailfish and released 4 on fly.

March 31 - The Roth group raised 5 sailfish on Sirena and released 2 on fly.
